Storkline Folders by Bruce Watt
MAKERS: Bruce Watt
WHEN: 1950's
WHERE: New Zealand

DESCRIPTION: These wonderful folders were literally littered everywhere in Aotearoa across the 1950's, halls, schools, theatres to name a few. I sometimes wonder if Bruce ever imagined that in 2020 they would be featured in interior design magazines, and perfectly placed around Ponsonby dining tables.
Made from our very own native rimu, sage green metal capping adds industrial character and smooth folder functionality.
Most storks were burned when no longer needed, these escaped their fate and were found underneath an old abandoned stage,
they have had a hard life and have been restored with that shown and celebrated, fear not dinner guests falling to the floor, just a fun story for all to adore.
